About Us

Erin Soulé - Childrens Director

Erin Soule - Children's Director Erin is a native Northern Virginian—born in Falls Church and raised in Herndon. She’s had a heart for children as long as she can remember and always knew she would be working with them in some way. She now loves her role as Children’s Director and overseeing the children’s and family ministry.

Prior to working for Dulles, Erin attended James Madison University, where she majored in English and minored in Early Childhood Education. She then taught first grade for two years at Floris Elementary.

Erin and her husband, Rob, live in South Riding along with their puppy, Brady. She loves singing, reading, spending time at the beach, and hanging out with friends any chance she gets.
